Production should only proceed after the applicable payment requirements and order details have been agreed.

5. Natural Material Variation

Natural fibres may show differences in colour, texture, surface character, weave and appearance.

Reasonable natural variation is part of the character of handcrafted and plant-based materials and is not automatically considered a defect.

6. Custom & OEM Development

Custom, OEM/ODM and private-label projects may require sampling, approvals and buyer-supplied specifications before production.

Changes requested after approval may affect pricing, lead time, MOQ or production feasibility.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, responsibilities, destination details and delivery terms are confirmed for each applicable order.

Carrier schedules, customs clearance, port conditions, weather and other external events may affect transit times.

8. Returns & Claims

Product issues or claims should be reported promptly with sufficient supporting evidence and order references.

Returns should not be made without prior written authorisation from Fiberz & Co.

9. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, layouts, product photography and other original website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

They should not be reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.

10. Buyer-Supplied Content

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, trademarks, labels, packaging designs and other materials they provide can legally be used.

Fiberz & Co. should not be asked to reproduce materials that infringe third-party rights.

Certain circumstances outside reasonable control may affect production, transport, availability or delivery.

Any rights, remedies or limitations applicable to an order should also be read together with the relevant written commercial agreement.
